Every business needs digital marketing in this new age. But don’t take our word for it, here’s a look into the case of Phyto. Phyto has been in the haircare market for 50 years and relied only on a small group of loyal customers for sales.

To further boost their sales, our team’s goal was to get Phyto back on track with newer and younger customers. How did we do it? We adopted audience segmentation & personalisation. We created 2 different funnels, one to cater to new audiences and the other to those who already know Phyto. For the newer audience, we gave them a proper introduction to the world of Phyto. For audiences that already know Phyto, we reminded them of the reasons why they love Phyto and gave them that final nudge to get their Phyto products. The result? We are proud to report that Phyto saw a whopping 814% increase in social traffic and a 103% increase in Social Sales!

Hawkers United is a Facebook Group set up by Melvin Chew, to show support for our local hawker community. Due to the pandemic, many hawkers face a drop in customers, as many turn to food delivery. To support our hawkers, we raised awareness and hype around the hawker community.

We were involved in the setup of the first-ever “Singapore #HawkersGoLIVE” FB show by Hawkers United – A meaningful project to show support to our hawkers community. This is a Facebook LIVE collaboration between Hawkers United and Singapore Home Cooks to raise awareness and provide a platform for hawkers to promote their food.

Through a combination of event planning, digital content strategy and creative execution, we are happy to see that the events were so well received! We gathered awareness that was higher than expected for the 3 LIVE shows, and the first LIVE show even garnered close to 1000 likes and 500 comments in a span of less than 60 mins.

When faced with tough competition, we think creative. Aristion, an Italian company, was up against many water heater brands in the market in Singapore. So, they looked to us for a solution.

We planned, crafted and executed a series of creative new strategies that will further differentiate Ariston. Unlike its competitors that only focus on driving sales, we decided to increase the brand awareness of Ariston instead. To start, we set a brand narrative, depicting Ariston as the future of technology. Next, we created a brand video. But it’s not just any video! It’s a video that leaves an impression on each viewer. Originating from Italy, Ariston is the first of its kind in the world to launch a Wifi enabled Smart water heater. Ariston wanted to create awareness of its new launch among homeowners.

This is executed through video campaigns that educated consumers of its functions and benefits of the cutting-edge technology used.

Our campaign brought about an overwhelming response from homeowners. Till date, Ariston is steadily gaining popularity among homeowners and they are constantly looking out for this piece of technology.

Over the past few months, we measured the impact of Huiji’s traditional website on its sales. We recognized that it’s time for a website overhaul.


Here’s a quick peek into the many improvements we made. At the top of the list is better website navigation. A more intuitive user interface means users can get the information they want easily. A good brand page must attract readers to read, not turn them away with a wall of text. For Huji, we updated the design and colours to make it more modern and less cluttered. To match its strong physical presence in Singapore, we built an engaging website that is visually impactful to bring mc.2 to life.  

Through mc.2’s SEO website, customers are provided extensive information to learn more about their products before scheduling a physical appointment to drop by the showroom. Furthermore, mc.2’s website is also the first ever e-commerce site in the market that includes a predictive quotation for balcony Zip Blinds inbuilt in its website with the help of AI functions. This means that customers are able to receive real time quotations on the website just by sharing the size of their balcony.

The results? Our SEO website efforts has helped mc.2 to rank highly searched keywords related to curtains and blinds on page 1 of Google search result page. The website also generated purchase intent while educating customers on their products.
