We created 2 different funnels, one to cater to new audiences and the other to those who already know Phyto. For the newer audience, we gave them a proper introduction to the world of Phyto. For audiences that already know Phyto, we reminded them of the reasons why they love Phyto and gave them that final nudge to get their Phyto products. The result? We are proud to report that Phyto saw a whopping 814% increase in social traffic and a 103% increase in Social Sales!

Hawkers United is a Facebook Group set up by Melvin Chew, to show support for our local hawker community. Due to the pandemic, many hawkers face a drop in customers, as many turn to food delivery. To support our hawkers, we raised awareness and hype around the hawker community.

We were involved in the setup of the first-ever “Singapore #HawkersGoLIVE” FB show by Hawkers United – A meaningful project to show support to our hawkers community. This is a Facebook LIVE collaboration between Hawkers United and Singapore Home Cooks to raise awareness and provide a platform for hawkers to promote their food.

Through a combination of event planning, digital content strategy and creative execution, we are happy to see that the events were so well received! We gathered awareness that was higher than expected for the 3 LIVE shows, and the first LIVE show even garnered close to 1000 likes and 500 comments in a span of less than 60 mins.

We planned, crafted and executed a series of creative new strategies that will further differentiate Ariston. Unlike its competitors that only focus on driving sales, we decided to increase the brand awareness of Ariston instead. To start, we set a brand narrative, depicting Ariston as the future of technology. Next, we created a brand video. But it’s not just any video! It’s a video that leaves an impression on each viewer.
